Privacy Policy
What we collect
Account data (name, email, optional phone/location/avatar), billing records (processed by Paystack — we never store card numbers), learning activity (lesson progress, video playback events), community posts, and affiliate data (referral clicks, commissions, payout bank details).
Why we collect it
To operate your membership, track your course progress across devices, run the community, calculate affiliate commissions, and meet our legal obligations.
Cookies
We use a session cookie (login), and an affiliate attribution cookie (default 60 days) when you arrive through a referral link.
Sharing
Payment data is shared with Paystack; video delivery uses our streaming provider; transactional email goes through our email gateway. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account from your Account page. Deletion requests are honoured within our documented SLA, subject to records we must keep by law (e.g., payment records).
Retention & security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Nightly database backups are retained at least 14 days. Admin actions are audit-logged and retained at least 12 months.
