Terms of Service
1. The service
Skilled Republic ("we", "us") provides online courses, a member community, and an affiliate program via an annual membership subscription. Access requires a verified account and an active subscription.
2. Membership & billing
Membership is billed annually in Nigerian Naira via Paystack and renews automatically. You can switch off auto-renewal at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.
3. Acceptable use
Course content is for your personal use. Sharing your account, redistributing videos or materials, scraping, or reselling content is prohibited and grounds for termination without refund. Community conduct must remain respectful; moderators may hide posts, lock threads, warn, suspend, or ban accounts that break these rules.
4. Intellectual property
All course materials remain the property of Skilled Republic and its instructors. Work you create while following a course belongs to you.
5. Affiliate program
Participation is governed by the Affiliate Terms.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current membership year.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to members by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
